Performance and Analytics

➡️ KAP Holdings Group partnered with MR.WHITE – Brush Your Way to deliver a complete Amazon transformation — from brand registry and marketplace compliance to creative optimisation and store development. Our focus was on building a consistent, trusted brand identity across Amazon UK that reflects MR.WHITE’s playful personality while protecting its authenticity.

➡️ Through brand registry, listing optimisation, A+ content creation, and the launch of a fully custom Amazon Brand Store, we re-engineered the brand’s digital presence for visibility, engagement, and scalability. Every element — from imagery to copy — was aligned to attract families, boost conversions, and lay the groundwork for sustained category leadership.

Objective

➡️ Strengthen MR.WHITE’s digital presence across Amazon UK by developing a unified, performance-driven marketplace strategy that enhances brand visibility, customer trust, and long-term category competitiveness.

➡️ Secure Amazon Brand Registry and marketplace governance to protect MR.WHITE’s intellectual property, prevent unauthorised sellers, and reinforce brand credibility through verified ownership and compliance.

➡️ Enhance organic visibility and conversion rates by deploying keyword-optimised product listings, persuasive content architecture, and tailored SEO strategies aligned with UK shopper behaviour.

➡️ Design and launch an immersive Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store that brings MR.WHITE’s playful, family-focused identity to life through engaging visuals, clear navigation, and cross-category storytelling.

➡️ Establish a scalable and compliant catalogue ecosystem with optimised SKU mapping, accurate backend data, and structured taxonomy built to support paid advertising, reporting, and multi-market expansion.

Gap

➡️ Absence of Brand Registry: Without official Amazon Brand Registry, MR.WHITE faced unauthorised sellers, inconsistent listings, and limited control over its brand identity.

➡️ Fragmented Product Catalogue: Duplicate and non-compliant ASINs caused confusion, making it difficult to maintain a unified brand voice and product hierarchy.

➡️ Low-quality Product Imagery: Existing visuals failed to highlight product features, benefits, or lifestyle appeal, reducing both credibility and conversion.

➡️ Unoptimised Product Copy: Titles, bullet points, and descriptions lacked relevant keywords and strong USPs, resulting in weak SEO performance and limited engagement.

➡️ Missing Enhanced Brand Content: Listings did not include A+ (EBC) content that could educate customers, strengthen trust, and boost conversion rates.

➡️ No Centralised Brand Store: MR.WHITE lacked a flagship Amazon Brand Store to showcase its full product range, convey its fun family-centric story, and drive cross-selling opportunities.

➡️ Limited Data and Tracking: There was no performance monitoring framework in place to measure impressions, CTR, or conversions, restricting data-driven optimisation.

To address MR.WHITE’s marketplace challenges, KAP Holdings Group implemented a strategic and data-driven optimisation plan designed to unify the brand’s Amazon presence, elevate content performance, and build lasting visibility. Every action taken aimed to turn a fragmented marketplace identity into a consistent, conversion-driven brand experience.

➡️ Brand Registry & Protection – Secured MR.WHITE’s official Amazon Brand Registry, completing trademark verification and enforcing brand protection protocols to block unauthorised sellers and maintain full brand ownership.

➡️ Catalogue Restructuring – Conducted a comprehensive catalogue audit, merging duplicates, removing non-compliant ASINs, and establishing a clear SKU hierarchy to ensure accuracy and marketplace compliance.

➡️ High-Impact Product Imagery – Replaced outdated visuals with premium, lifestyle-driven product photography and infographics that highlight unique features, benefits, and appeal to both children and adults.

➡️ SEO-Optimised Product Copy – Rewrote all product titles, bullet points, and descriptions with strategic keyword placement, consumer-friendly language, and strong brand storytelling to boost discoverability and conversion.

➡️ Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content) – Designed compelling A+ content modules combining educational visuals, usage instructions, and brand storytelling to increase product engagement and conversion rates.

➡️ Amazon Brand Store Development – Built a cohesive, interactive Brand Store featuring curated product collections, intuitive navigation, and rich visual storytelling to showcase MR.WHITE’s full product range and brand ethos.

➡️ Performance Analytics & Ongoing Optimisation – Implemented performance dashboards to monitor traffic, CTR, and conversion metrics, enabling data-led iteration and continuous marketplace improvement post-launch.
